Non-profits often have limited budgets and high numbers of volunteers and part-time staff. CiviHR was a web application aimed at providing a comprehensive HR solution for charities and non-profit organisations.
Since the beginning of the project I worked as the lead designer to develop the look and feel of the application, taking it through various iterations from its MVP to a full product. I created an extensive UI library for both the admin side and the staff facing side of the application and solid design system allowing for continued development of the product after my departure.
On this project I was also responsible for the design of the application’s website, brand and print collateral.
