BBC Feedback Dashboard

Making customer feedback useful for the BBC

I was brought in as a freelance designer to work with Rattle (a design, research and consultancy firm based in Sheffield) on a project for the BBC’s contact centre team, where I developed the initial styling for a dashboard displaying audience feedback in the form of appreciation and complaints, verbatim from viewers and data representation regarding the volume of complaints in the past 24 hours compared to average.

The dashboard which would later go on to be simplified and refined was ultimately shown on a series of 64 inch screens throughout the department and used to help manage complaints and monitor key issues being raised by the corporations viewers.
